Security & compliance

Built to clear your security review

The questions your IT team is going to ask, answered before they ask them. No sales call required to get a straight answer.

Two-factor authentication

TOTP-based MFA with single-use recovery codes, enrolled per user and enforced at sign-in.

Tenant isolation at the database

Row-level security on every table. One organization cannot read another's data, even if the application layer has a bug.

Audit logging

Privileged actions are written to an append-only log, scoped per organization and queryable by user and action type.

SSO / SAML

SAML 2.0 against your identity provider, available on Enterprise and configured with our team during onboarding.

Law 25 and GDPR posture

Consent captured at collection, export and deletion honored on request, retention you control, and a named privacy contact.

Data residency, stated plainly

Your data lives in US regions: Supabase in us-west-2 and Vercel in iad1. We put where it lives in writing rather than leaving you to guess.

Works where your teams already work

Your staff never has to open another dashboard

A survey fires the moment a job closes or an invoice is paid, straight from the system that recorded it. The score comes back onto the same customer record. Adoption stops being a training problem, because there is nothing new to learn.

New dashboards for your staff

Native, not a Zapier hop

Salesforce and Dynamics 365 ship as managed packages with a send-survey button right on the record, so a rep never leaves the invoice they are already looking at.

Two-way by default

26 of the 30 integrations write NPS and CSAT back onto the contact or account, so your CRM stays the source of truth instead of becoming a second one.

Full REST API, ready for AI agents

Contacts, surveys, sendings, responses, reviews, sequences, locations and employees are all addressable over scoped API keys. Your dashboards, automations, and AI assistants can read scores and trigger surveys — MCP access for agent platforms is available on request.

Built for many sites, not one

Roll out to fifty locations without fifty setups

Locations, teams and permissions are first-class objects, not a spreadsheet you maintain on the side.

Per-location reporting

Every score, response and review rolls up by location and back down again, so regional managers see their sites and head office sees the whole map.

Employee attribution

Tie feedback to the person who did the work, so coaching is based on evidence instead of impressions.

Role-based access

Owners, managers and staff see the scope they are responsible for, and nothing beyond it.

White-label surveys

Your logo and your brand color on the survey your customer opens. It reads as you, not as us.

Bulk and API contact ingestion

Import an existing book of business in one pass, or keep it continuously in sync through an integration.

Volume email and SMS

Sending capacity sized to your actual customer base, quoted up front rather than metered into a surprise.

Bilingual by default

EN and FR, not an afterthought

Your Quebec sites work in French and your Ontario sites work in English, from one account, with no separate instance and no translation vendor in the middle. Most of our US-built competitors bolt French on as a setting, if they offer it at all.

The product

Every screen your team touches exists in both languages, not just the customer-facing parts.

The surveys

Survey, email and SMS content sends in your customer's language, chosen per contact.

The humans

Support and onboarding happen in French or English, with people, in your timezone.

You get people, not a portal

Dedicated onboarding and migration

Enterprise rollouts fail on setup, not on features. So the setup is the part we do with you.

01

Migration from your current platform

We bring your contacts, history and templates across, so day one is not a blank account.

02

Integration setup done with you

We configure the CRM or ERP side alongside your admin, including the managed package and the trigger conditions.

03

A named contact

One person who knows your account, reachable directly, instead of a ticket queue and a bot.

FAQ

Yes, SAML 2.0 against your identity provider, on the Enterprise plan. It is configured with our team during onboarding rather than self-serve in the dashboard, so it is part of the rollout conversation.

In US regions: our database runs on Supabase in us-west-2 and the application on Vercel in iad1. We are a Canadian company, but we do not host in Canada, and we would rather tell you that plainly than let you assume otherwise. If data residency is a hard requirement for you, raise it on the first call and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Not yet, and we are not going to imply otherwise. What exists today is the underlying control set: row-level tenant isolation, TOTP multi-factor authentication, audit logging, encrypted transport and at-rest storage, and least-privilege service credentials. Our infrastructure providers are themselves SOC 2 Type II certified. If a certification is a procurement blocker for your organization, tell us during the evaluation and we will be direct about our timeline.

Locations, teams and employees are first-class objects with no fixed cap, and reporting is designed to roll up across them. Email and SMS capacity is sized per contract rather than metered per message, so volume is quoted up front.

Our public plans are priced for smaller teams. Enterprise is quoted against your location count, sending volume, integration needs and onboarding scope. There is no per-seat trap and no charge for the integrations themselves.

Tell us what your rollout looks like

How many locations, which systems you run on, and what your security review needs to see. We will tell you what fits and what does not.
