Organization Settings controls your workspace defaults for identity, localization, branding, and Google profile linkage.

General Settings

In Settings > Organization, you can configure:

  • Organization name
  • Timezone
  • Default language
  • Industry

Why this matters:

  • timezone affects period-based reporting and operational timing
  • default language improves consistent communications
  • industry value supports benchmark context in reporting

Branding Settings

The Branding section includes:

  • Brand color picker
  • Hex color value input
  • Live preview block

Brand color is reused across customer-facing assets such as surveys and related communications.

Google Business Profile Field

You can store a Google Place ID for your organization.

Use this when preparing or troubleshooting Google review and location mapping workflows.

Save Behavior

Changes are applied when you click Save Changes.

Recommended workflow:

  1. update values
  2. save
  3. validate key downstream pages (dashboard/reviews/reports) if location or language settings changed
