Affiliate Program

Your commission depends on the plan your referral subscribes to:

Commissions are paid monthly for up to 12 months per referral, as long as the referred customer maintains an active subscription.

1. Visit the Affiliate Program page at demeterrr.app/affiliates.
2. Fill out the application form with your name, email, website, and company.
3. Select your primary marketing channel (blog, YouTube, email, social media, paid ads, consulting, podcast, or other).
4. Set a password (minimum 8 characters).
5. Accept the terms of service and privacy policy.
6. Submit your application.

Applications are reviewed and you will receive access to your affiliate dashboard once approved.

After approval, you receive a unique referral code and link in the format:

demeterrr.app/affiliates/ref/YOUR-CODE

When someone clicks your link, a tracking cookie is stored for 90 days. If they sign up within that window, the referral is attributed to you.

You can copy your referral link directly from the affiliate dashboard.

Log in at demeterrr.app/affiliates/login to access your dashboard. It includes:

• Total Earned - lifetime earnings with breakdown of paid vs. pending amounts
• Pending Payout - commissions available for withdrawal (must reach CAD $50 minimum)
• Total Referrals - number of referred organizations with active count
• Conversion Rate - percentage of link clicks that resulted in signups

Record of all payout requests with status (requested, approved, paid), amounts, and payment dates.

1. Ensure your pending balance is at least CAD $50.
2. Click the payout request button in your dashboard.
3. Your request will be reviewed and processed.

Payouts are sent via PayPal. Make sure your payout details are up to date in your affiliate profile.

1. A visitor clicks your referral link.
2. A tracking cookie is stored in their browser (valid for 90 days).
3. The visitor signs up for demeterrr.
4. Their organization is linked to your affiliate account.
5. When they start a paid subscription, commission tracking begins.
6. Each month they remain subscribed, a new commission is generated.
7. Commissions continue for up to 12 months per referral.

If a referred customer cancels their subscription, commissions stop accruing from that point. If they received a refund, the associated commission is voided.

The program is designed for:

• Consultants who advise businesses on customer experience
• Bloggers who write about SaaS, CX, or business tools
• Agencies that implement CX solutions for clients
• Influencers with audiences in the SMB space
• Existing customers who want to recommend demeterrr
• Industry professionals with relevant networks

• Do not bid on demeterrr brand terms in paid search campaigns.
• Do not make misleading claims about demeterrr's features or pricing.
• Do not send bulk unsolicited emails or SMS using your referral link.
• Do not use SEO manipulation techniques (keyword stuffing, cloaking) to promote your link.
• You are responsible for all tax obligations on your commission earnings.
• Either party can terminate the agreement with notice.

The visitor must click your referral link before signing up. If they visit demeterrr.app directly or use a different link, the referral will not be tracked. The 90-day cookie must also still be active.

Commissions are generated only when a referred customer has an active paid subscription. Free trials or inactive accounts do not generate commissions.

Your pending balance must reach the CAD $50 minimum before you can request a payout.
