Reports Overview

The reports workspace includes these tabs:

• Overview
• Questionnaires
• Reviews
• Comments
• Verbatims
• Employees
• Advanced
• Sendings

Each tab is purpose-built for a different analysis question.

Most tabs support combinations of:

• period filter (including custom range)
• location filter
• additional tab-specific filters (for example employee, sequence, survey)

Always set filters first, then interpret metrics.

High-level CX trend health and KPI checks.

Question-level survey performance and answer distribution.

Review request conversion and location-level review outcomes.

Qualitative analysis, keyword/topic extraction, and sentiment context.

Team-level performance and comparison.

Cross-group performance analysis (for example location or department views).

Delivery volume, status mix, channel mix, and sequence delivery performance.

Several tabs provide exports.

Recommended practice:

• export only after applying final filters
• include reporting period in file names
• keep one consistent monthly export template for leadership reporting

• Daily: dashboard + urgent report checks
• Weekly: reviews/sendings/comments trend review
• Monthly: full multi-tab export and planning review
