Review Requests

1. Go to Reviews.
2. Select Review Requests.

1. Click Create Request.
2. Select contact and platform.
3. Choose channel (email, sms, or auto).
4. Submit.

auto prefers email when available, then falls back to SMS if phone is valid.

Requests move through statuses such as:

• pending
• sent
• clicked
• completed

Stats include click rate and completion rate.

• Requests will not send to unsubscribed contacts.
• Contacts must have a valid channel for the selected send mode.

• prioritize contacts with recent positive survey outcomes
• keep request timing close to service completion
• avoid repeated asks in short windows to reduce fatigue

Track request funnels weekly:

1. sent volume
2. click rate
3. completion rate

If click is high but completion is low, review landing and platform flow quality.
