Import Data

Go to Settings > Import Data.

• .csv
• .xlsx
• .xls

Maximum file size is 10 MB.

The flow is:

1. Upload file
2. Map columns
3. Review
4. Process
5. Complete

Source columns can be mapped to:

• Email
• Phone
• First Name
• Last Name
• NPS Score
• Has Left Review
• Location (by name)
• Organization Name
• Skip

Detected mappings are prefilled when possible and can be edited before processing.

Before running import, verify:

• Total row count
• Mapped fields
• Sample values
• Source type (InputKit-detected or generic CSV/Excel)

Then click Start Import.

On completion you get:

• Imported row count
• Failed row count
• Error table (with row numbers)

You can then import another file or go directly to Contacts.

The review warning notes that duplicate contacts (matching email) are skipped during import.

At least one field must be mapped (not all columns can be Skip).

Check email format, missing required values, and location names that do not exist in your org.
