Sending Settings
Configure channel strategy, reminders, cooldowns, weekend behavior, and unsubscribe messaging
Sending settings define default delivery behavior for survey and message workflows across your organization.
Open Sending Settings
Go to Settings > Sending.
Channel Strategy
Set the default channel priority:
- Email first
- SMS first
- Email only
- SMS only
This setting controls default routing behavior when workflows send messages.
Reminder Settings
Configure automatic reminder behavior:
- Number of reminders (
0disables reminders) - Days between reminders
Use conservative values to avoid over-messaging.
Solicitation Cooldown
Set minimum days between surveys for the same contact.
- Set
0to disable cooldown - Test sendings can bypass this check
Weekend Sending
When disabled, weekend sends are postponed to Monday.
Use this setting if your business only communicates during weekdays.
Custom Unsubscribe Message
You can define organization-level unsubscribe copy in:
- English
- French
If left blank, the default message is used.
Save Changes
Changes are not applied until you click Save Changes.
Troubleshooting
Messages still send too frequently
Review both reminder count and cooldown settings together.
Weekend behavior is unexpected
Verify the weekend toggle state and sequence-level scheduling choices.
Custom unsubscribe text not visible
Save settings and test unsubscribe flow with a fresh link.
