Run at least these passes:

1. Happy path: common customer answers.
2. Negative path: low scores and complaint branches.
3. Sparse path: minimal optional responses.
4. Mobile pass: narrow viewport readability.

If your survey is bilingual, test each language variant directly.

• test submission behaves as expected

• hidden rules that never trigger
• duplicated or conflicting prompts
• long text blocks that are hard to scan on mobile
• style overrides that impact accessibility
