Questionnaire Report
Analyze survey performance question-by-question with distribution and average breakdowns
Use the Questionnaire report to inspect answer quality at the question level for a selected survey.
What You Can Analyze
- Total responses for each question
- Distribution of answers
- Numeric averages for NPS, CSAT, CES, and rating questions
- Option frequency for multiple choice and multi-select questions
Open the Report
- Go to Reports.
- Open the Questionnaires tab.
- Select a survey.
The report loads question analytics for that survey only.
Filters
The report supports:
- Period (
allor monthly) - Month (when monthly is selected)
- Optional
locationIdandemployeeIdfilters in API query mode
Export
Use the tab export action to download the questionnaire dataset for offline analysis.
Interpretation Tips
- Compare low-answer-rate questions against required/optional settings.
- Review distribution skew before changing question wording.
- Validate whether employee/location segmentation changes the pattern.
Practical Optimization Loop
- identify one low-performing question
- update wording or answer choices
- relaunch to a controlled cohort
- compare completion and answer quality in the next cycle
Iterating question-by-question produces cleaner gains than rewriting entire surveys at once.
