SMS Usage and Add-on Packs

Go to Settings > Billing and review the SMS Usage card.

It shows:

• SMS sent this month
• Monthly SMS limit
• Percentage consumed

Billing warns as you approach limit:

• At high usage, you get a low-quota warning
• At 100% usage, SMS quota is exhausted and new surveys fall back to email delivery

Organizations on Pro or Business can purchase one-time SMS add-ons.

Current add-on pack:

• 500 SMS credits
• $10 per pack

To purchase:

1. Open Settings > Billing.
2. In SMS Usage, click Buy Now.
3. Complete one-time Stripe checkout.

If you are on Starter, add-on purchases are blocked. Upgrade to Pro or Business first.

• monitor monthly trend early, not only at end-of-cycle
• reserve SMS for high-value or time-sensitive journeys
• keep fallback-to-email behavior in mind for quota protection

If usage spikes unexpectedly, audit recent campaigns and channel selection defaults.
