Review Filters and Views
Use platform, location, and status filters to prioritize review operations
Review filters help your team prioritize what must be handled now vs what can wait.
Use them in Reviews > All Reviews as your operational control center.
Filter Controls
Search
Find reviews quickly by reviewer text or contextual terms.
Platform filter
Use platform pills to isolate Google or other review sources.
State filters
Use status toggles to focus queue state:
new(unread)unansweredall/ broader review states
Location filter
Narrow to one location when investigating local trends.
Recommended Triage Sequence
- new: clear unread backlog.
- unanswered: reduce response lag.
- platform-specific pass: ensure reply workflows are completed where sync is available.
This keeps both speed and consistency high.
Working with Stats Cards
Pair list filters with high-level counts:
- total reviews
- average rating
- unanswered count
- unread count
If list volume and card counts do not align with expectation, recheck active filters first.
Sync and Import Workflow
When available, use Sync Reviews to refresh inbound data.
Use Import Review for manual capture when platform automation is unavailable or delayed.
Best Practices
- standardize daily review windows for responders
- document SLA targets for unanswered reviews
- review location-level patterns weekly, not just globally
