Bilingual Sequences (EN/FR)
Configure sequence step content in English and French for multilingual customer workflows
The sequence builder supports bilingual content entry for Email, SMS, and Shareable Link labels.
Where You Can Add Languages
In Add/Edit Step dialogs:
- Email: Subject + body in EN and FR
- SMS: Message in EN and FR
- Link: Button label in EN and FR
Survey and review request steps are configuration-based and do not require bilingual copy fields in the step form.
Recommended Workflow
- Write complete English copy first.
- Add French equivalent in the FR column.
- Use Live Preview language toggle (EN/FR) to validate display.
- Test with real contacts before wide rollout.
Content Guidelines
- Keep EN/FR meaning aligned (not literal if tone requires adaptation)
- Keep SMS concise in both languages
- Use the same CTA intent in both locales
Quality Checklist
- Spacing and punctuation are correct for both languages
- Names/placeholders are valid in both versions
- Links and brand terms are consistent
Tip: For launch speed, keep English as complete fallback content and publish French iteratively by high-impact journeys first.
